Eton University is accredited by the Quality Assurance Commission (QAC). QAC was formed as an autonomous not-for-profit organization. The QAC is registered with governmental statutory bodies in Malaysia and the United Kingdom. In the United Kingdom, the QAC UK is registered with the UK Register of Learning Providers, whereas in Malaysia, it is registered with SSM and MATRADE.

Eton University is accredited by The INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION ORGANIZATION (IAO). IAO is an international educational quality assurance agency working to enhance the standards of education around the world. IAO is a member of NUTN (National University Technology Network), IEAC (International Education Accreditation Commission) and GESFWA (Global Education Support Forum for Working Adults). IAO has joined hands with world leading and nationally recognized quality assurance agencies worldwide to work in collaboration for the betterment of educational standards. Currently the following associations are partners with IAO: QAAD (Department of Adult & Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Bhutan), CONEAU (The National Commission for University Evaluation and Accreditation), IAQMA (The International Association of Quality Managers and Auditors), E.L.L.F (The Excellence in Learning & Leadership Foundation), ANEAES , HEQEC, SINAES, AQAC, and more. APSCU
Eton University is an international member of The Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU); a voluntary membership organization of accredited, private, postsecondary schools, institutes, colleges and universities that provide career-specific educational programs. APSCU has over 1,800 members that educate and support almost two million students each year for employment in over 200 occupational fields.
CASE
Eton University is a general member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE); a professional association serving educational institutions and the advancement professionals who work on their behalf in alumni relations, communications, development, marketing and allied areas. CASE helps its members build stronger relationships with their alumni and donors, raise funds for campus projects, produce recruitment materials, market their institutions to prospective students, diversify the profession, and foster public support of education.
NACADA
Eton University is an institutional member of The NATIONAL ACADEMIC ADVISING ASSOCIATION (NACADA), the leader within the global education community for the theory, delivery, application and advancement of academic advising to enhance student learning and development. NACADA addresses the academic advising needs of higher education globally, advances the body of knowledge of academic advising, champions the educational role of academic advising to enhance student learning and development in a diverse world, educates university and college decision makers about the role of quality academic advising in higher education and ensures the effectiveness of the NACADA organization.
